Black Porter 2

Ingredients
- 7 lbs amber Malt
- 10 oz. 80L crystal
- 10 oz. chocolate
- 7 oz. dextrin
- 5 oz. blackpatent
- 2 oz. Cascade hops
- Wyest Irish Yeast
Procedure
- 1 oz. Cascade 60 min.
- 1/2 oz. Cascade 20 min
- 1/2 oz. Cascade 5 min.
- Pitche yeast at 80 degrees with 3/4 cup corn sugar for bottling.

Steve Coon won first place in Planar's dark beer Marchtober fest! Also mentions to let it sit for 2-3 weeks after bottling as it will age quite nicely.
